If you access www.mmweddings.co.uk you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and the disclaimers and exclusions contained within them are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
The content of the UK website is directed solely at those who access the site from the United Kingdom. Marry Me Wedding Stationery makes no representation that any service or product referred to in this website is available or otherwise suitable for use outside of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time.
Credit card payments made through the website are processed by PayPal secure servers.
All offers are made subject to availability. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Access to the website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
Our site may contain links to other sites which are not under the control of Marry Me Wedding Stationery, and we can therefore assume no responsibility for the content or availability of those sites.

Marry Me Wedding Stationery has made every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of all information and products contained in this website, but can accept no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience sustained by you as a result of acting on the information provided. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to the terms and conditions of sale. Marry Me Wedding Stationery disclaims all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained in this website.
Personalised stationery: Marry Me Wedding Stationery will use its experience and expertise to ensure the finished layout is compatible with the end product.
We aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days, however please allow up to 3 weeks for orders over 25 items.
Terms and conditions: general
Carriage within the United Kingdom is included with all of our prices. We do our best to keep to dates given for delivery or shipment; however, they are not to be treated as a condition of sale.
Bespoke/processed orders. As exact quantities cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 10%.
Complaints regarding bespoke goods supplied must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
Marry Me Wedding Stationery cannot be held responsible for advising on different postage rates.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product from our stock range (ie excluding bespoke products) purchased through this website from Marry Me Wedding Stationery we will give you a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us within seven days of the date of purchase or receipt of the goods. You will receive acknowledgement of your notification within three working days.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised stationery items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty goods. Only when faulty items are returned to us we will be able to credit the cost and VAT of faulty stock goods.
Where the transaction has been made using PayPal, the refund will be made either
a- to the same PayPal account which it was paid
b- by cheque
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).
2. We will not email you in the future, unless you have given your consent except to confirm your order, or any queries regarding your order.
3. If you make an online payment to us your payment will be processed on our behalf by PayPal who will collect and store your personal and credit card details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
4. The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
5. It is not our policy to share your registration data with any third-party companies. However, if you take up any offers or sales with companies through our website, any details that you pass on will be subject to the terms and conditions of that company.
6. For commercial purposes we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties, but these will not include any personally identifying information.
